Problem: Cannot put music on refurbished Storms connecting to DM for Mac; it reads "Please insert a media card." My media card is inserted and functional.
Non-working solutions: I've tried every combination and permutation of memory settings, card reformats, remove/install card, etc. I've tried some bogus link from crackberry, telling you to download and run an exe file on a PC. Nothing works.
Anyone beat this problem yet?
